Important Garden Deco takes pride in being a responsible marketplace that equally loves its buyers and sellers. We will not only protect the rights of buyers to get the product as promised by the seller, but we will also stand up for the seller’s right to be compensated against careless ordering.
If you have received a defective product, then you are entitled to repair, replacement, or return for a full refund amount within the return period. But if you want to return a good product that is not useful for your purpose, then you will have to bear the cost of reverse shipping and transaction-related charges.
Order ID and other details given in this form must match with information submitted at the time of placing the order. No intimation shall be provided or follow-up will be done for requests received with incorrect details. Such requests shall be considered as “No Request Received”.
We must receive a “Valid Request” within the return period to accept it. All return requests are processed on a case-to-case basis.
Policy Terms What is the Return policy period? The standard return period is 7 days from the date of delivery for filing a return request except unless stated otherwise on the Product Page under Selling Terms. Kindly check the respective product’s return/replacement policy on the product page.
Please note that products that are received as broken or damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery, failing which they would not be eligible for return.
Some products are not eligible for return unless received as defective by the buyer. Products like Service & Live Consultation are not included under the Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy.
Cancellation is allowed if the order is not processed. After Processing the order Cancellation will be not allowed in this case.
