Create a Return Request Click on the “Return Request” link given in the website footer area or email us at gardendecoindia@gmail.com. You may be asked to provide photos and unboxing videos of the product before acceptance of your return request.
The item to be Returned’ is picked up and processed for the next process.
We do not allow the return or exchange of any product or service purchased on our website. Only in cases where a damaged product is received, or products other than those ordered are received, we will allow a 48-hour return policy.
While returning the item, please ensure:
Only the correct and complete product is handed over as mentioned in the return request
The product should be in unused, undamaged, and original condition.
Returned products should include everything from the originally delivered package including price tags, labels, original packaging, gifts, and accessories.
Product should be packed properly and securely to ensure it does not break or get damaged in the return courier journey. A refund will not be issued if the product breaks or gets damaged due to improper packing of returned products by the buyer.
